Your pre-war house reoccupied by your anti-social self. "Settlement" was built using found material with only the lights being added from the crafting menu.

A simple, barely furnished home for the anti social player. Cause screw Preston and his nonsense. Jun with his face like someone just killed his kid. And his wife? Yeah, screw that B...
...ahem...
The "Settlement" was built with items dragged over from around town. The only pieces of the build that were crafted from the workshop were the lights, generator, and wiring. Everything else was lovingly piled up to create the perfectly cozy atmosphere of "stay off my dead lawn unless you like a face full of buckshot."
Requirements: Wasteland Workshop DLC.
Yup. That's it. No other mods required. All of the items in the build have also had their physics disabled so that you don't have to worry about knocking the beer bottles over.
Installation: Make sure you are importing the original, not built by player, items or you aren't going to get anything at all. No really, like nothing at all.
