The framework doesn't use papyrus, that means it ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT do any harm/damage/bloat your savegame, it does all its work in memory, so it can be installed/removed whenever you want without any problems. Even the DT values for optional plugin are created dynamically during runtime and dont touch savegame.
As of now, this mod is no longer supported as a framework. There have been numerous edits and changes done with it for F4NV internal version and considering it being integrated with other F4NV systems, I simply have no time and interest in maintaining and fixing this stripped down version of the much bigger system that will be part of F4NV if when it's released. This will still receive version updates when Fallout 4 gets updated.
- Does the patcher automatically calculate DT in real time, as in when there is a change in the target's DR? I ask this cuz the Rifleman perk reduces target's DR which can affect DT? - Does the patcher affect perks which improve player's DR, such as Toughness? If so will the calculation happen before the game starts only or during the whole runtime?
Thank you for your hard work! This works pretty well. Now I just have to figure out which of my other mods makes it so I can one-shot most enemies, even when their DT is higher than my damage. Might just be a weapon mod.
I have to agree with several older posts though; the instruction regarding the _isDRcalculationEnabled console command is wrong.
When _isDRcalculationEnabled is set to 1, I take MORE damage from enemies than when _isDRcalculationEnabled is set to 0.
So it seems the game does the DR + DT schtick only when the setting is set to 0.
I'm glad this doesn't bloat my savegame now that I've tried it out and then removed it. It really was a big factor in me giving your mod here a shot, your second sticky post, even though at the time I didn't know much about modifying leveled lists.
It's nice too that the AP weapon mods are still baked into my recipes, and I've found at least one empty ammo can so that's sweet, and I can now be happy to roll back about four hours of game or roll the dice with LL on a savegame that's just 20 hours old. High five, thanks for the laughs. Hey don't read this as aggressive btw, I mean I see you could be into casual aggression by your first sticky post but I'm totally not interested in that kind of immature bullshit at all and I wouldn't do that to you.
So i know the DT is applied to me because I see the little shield by my health, but I don't see the shield next to the enemy's health. Is this a bug or is it just how its supposed to be?
hi, uh, i got a bit problem, the DR of my armor plates are extremely high, like, really high, over 10000 DR wtf, this is game breaking, how can i change the value of average DR of armor plates? or at least shut down this problem?

yes
yes it does affect power armor and holy hell can it get crazy good when paired with upgrades from WIPAG
Perfectly balanced, as things should be.
