Thanks for the very good job. I installed this mod and find it very promising, territory of settlement isn't big and at the same time not too small. The Diner itself is so cute - I love it. What is done for now looks very authentic and so real for the spirit of game. I cross my fingers and hope you will make this mod to final stage - for now, at least for me, settlement is not functional - 1. I couldn't send settlers to this spot. 2. It is not on pipboy map as a real settlement. 3. I couldn't find the main character - Charlie. Update - it is not Charlie - it is Chuck, sorry, my mistake, but for an hour I tried to find him As you write in description section "Known issues: - Chuck NPC not working, so removed for now" Thanks again, endorsed! _________________________________________________________________________________________ Update: I decided to leave this mod and didn't uninstall it. And guess what - after a one week of playing I got a message - settlement needs a help. After killing supermutants I got this settlement as a full functional settlement. So, I think, problems with mod were from overload game engine by many other mods what I had install.
Hi there, sorry I just now got to your message! It's been quite a long time.
Unfortunately I have paused production on the mod. I want to get to a point where I can reduce in-game lag due to having so many clutter objects, and also re-add Charlie. (His name is Charlie, but I had to change every reference to that to "Chuck" on Bethesda.net because Charlie is a banned word apparently?!) I'm having a horrible time figuring out how to make quests and branching NPC dialogue work, so that's why he was removed. I would like to get it finished, though!
If you notice any more issues please let me know! I'm glad that the settlement issues worked out.

There IS a settlement, though. It's right across the street and called "Charlie's Scrapyard". So it's new!
