Post Warwick was a distribution center ... Why the warwicks themselves like to sleep in the basement is a big question ... Yet, it gives you the room to do whatever you feel like ... - IMPORTANT - (1. ALSO AFTER UPDATE)
1. Do not fasttravel to Warwick Homestead! Fasttravel to Spectacle island and save your game before loading the mod. All activators (buttons that control moving parts etc) need to load, so you need to walk/swim over there.
Most items are grouped to be easily scapped to clear out the place ... Fully powered, just connect the yellow switch to the connector in the loft. Water will come soon as well in next update.
Let me know what bugs and glitches you may find, I will gladly fix them.
