A few starting saves for a male character - one just after the mirror, one before the Vault-Tec rep (so stats still customizable), and one right before the elevator out of Vault 111, with everything not bolted down in the inventory and a 10 Intelligence for max XP.

I was able to start playing again and make these save files for others thanks to Leonionin's DAO Alistair save file. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26245

As one of the people stuck with a broken game that won't let me start a new game (ye olde black screen of nothingness), despite reinstalls and zero mods on board, I came looking for starter saves to get around it.
I wasn't happy with the Quicksave I found, since it both lacks the...thorough hoarding of everything not bolted down...and that nitpicky bit of extra starting XP from going through with a 10 Intelligence. So I came back looking for saves right after the mirror/before the Vault-Tec rep comes, so I'd still be able to customize...and found the DAO Alistair (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26245). There aren't any female ones that early from what I saw, hence only male blank slate saves.
The first save is just the save file I found there (Alistair), but without any of the mods. The second save is right before you open the door for the rep, if you want to start with an alternate stat configuration from the all 3's and the 10 Intelligence. The third save is right before getting on the elevator back up to the surface, when you can completely redesign the character. It has everything (except the Cryolator, for obvious reasons), and I didn't even waste any bullets on the radroaches. You're starting with as much loot and XP as you can, without having to go through it all (again) yourself.
