I am a big fan of the Command and Conquer Red Alert franchise, when I was young I was always afraid of the soviet Tesla Tower mostly because it sounds so great and so powerful (or maybe because I was electrocuted when I was a child :p). When I first saw the Tesla rifle I wondered how it sounded like and I was dissapointed so I took matter into my own hands and make this mod I hope you like it :)
The Tesla Rifle is part of Automatron dlc, you can find it at the end of the Headhunting quest after defeating Ivey inspect him he has the rifle. or tesla rifle ID 0100128F tell me if you find any bug cause this is my very first mod in fallout.
