Just a modification of the original Lootable Cars mod to add additional health.

Just a modification of the original Lootable Cars mod to add additional health as I was running into compatibility issues with mods that did that.
Since the cars have been set up as containers, using mods like Tougher Cars or Tougher Destructible Static Vehicles weren't making the cars any tougher.
Just modified the original Lootable Cars ESP to add health to the "containers".
Health has been increased by 10, just added a 0 onto the end of the existing health.
