Ultimate Nora Vanilla Game Save for Sim Settlements build / Transfer Settlements / Clipboard builds - build challenges, etc. without restarting a complete game - Fallout 4 Version 1.10.98 (July 1st, 2018) and Fallout 4 Script Extender 0.6.10.0. (FAST GAME START and jumps past 1st missions)

Okay, so I created this save game to unlock all the settlements for use with Sim Settlements / Transfer Blueprints / build challenges.
** Level 18 Nora character build
** Skill points is 4 per category across board. Level up points not assigned. Extra charisma point is from Zeke's outfit per unlocking settlement quest.
** No looting except a 10mm, some ammo, and/or items from Quests - such as the Shishkabab for the Finch farm unlock. (this includes Vault 111 so you will have to go back in to clean out)
** No scrapping (except where I had to build beacons for Minutmen Quests - materials such as a sink for ceramic, etc.)
** Vanilla game with all settlements unlocked (except Castle, Boston Airport, and Bunker Hill - would require quest progression)
** I have not progressed on any main quest so I could choose a faction - have met BOS and Railroad. Have not met Valentine or Piper yet.
** Used mod "Cheat Terminal" only for fast travel to locations... this means only the locations of Settlements and locations for relevant quests are visible on map)
I call this the Ultimate because I wanted a game only for unlocked settlements. Other saved games have recruitment beacons, turrets, lots of crates looted, or items in the settlement already scrapped.
This game as mostly untouched as possible.
I think you will enjoy this time saver.

Install Directions - Download manually - Unzip file and copy contents into ""C:\Users\MrCJohn\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves" - make sure you change the path names to match your user name! This is the location for your saved games.
