Cleaner Charlestown Condo:
This mod changes a significant amount of the walls, items, and paintings in the Charlestown Condo to give them a cleaner look, or replaces them with a pre-war version. Most everything in the condo is scrappable (I added in a recipe for most of the objects which couldn't be scrapped), but in some cases you may have to use a mod such as Place Everywhere or console commands if you want to scrap the whole place. Also, there aren't pre-war versions of a significant amount of items, so in those cases I either replaced them with another item or left them as is.
