He can be installed with Mod Organizer or Nexus Mod Manager, but you can also do manual. Here's how:
Manual Installation:
Go to the root folder with your Fallout4.exe and Fallout4Launcher.exe, And DATA>F4SE>PLUGINS>F4EE>PRESETS>(WHERE 2 PUT THE PRESETS)
Manual Uninstallation:
Go to the root folder with your Fallout4.exe and Fallout4Launcher.exe, And DATA>F4SE>PLUGINS>F4EE>PRESETS>(Remove the Demarco .json files)
