[Still works as intended with the Next-gen update]

Information -

Small mod that will completely eradicate "Legendary" item-drops from any enemy, though you will still face legendary enemies in battle. You need Far Harbour as well as the base game to be able to use this mod, there will be no base-game only version.

Esp/Esl available.

Compatibility -

This mod should be compatible with anything that does not edit the check for the 'Legendary Creature Item', which should mean compatible with most mods. It should also remove the chance of legendary items from creatures added as part of a mod.

Installation/Removal -

This mod is packed with 7zip

Unpack to your ...\Fallout 4\Data\ folder and enable in Plugins.txt or otherwise if you use any mod managers for load order.

Because this mod only make changes to a vanilla function it should be safe to add/remove at your leisure. I'd still recommend saving your game after removal, exiting the client and reloading none the less as you can never be too careful and always remember to make a backup of your savegame before trying any new mod.

Background -

Some people just love OP items and otherwise, some of us just want a more normalized Fallout-experience that does not feel like we're playing 'Borderlands'. There are a couple of mods already that modifies these things but they either a) don't go all the way or b) uses other techniques to achieve the same goal. I found that edit the check-routine was the least intrusive and the only other mod that is similar does not cover the whole spectrum of enemies.

Permissions -

No one is allowed to make this mod their own and/or publish it on other sites. Should anyone want to expand on this mod other than just edit the numbers and/or include it in their creations they are allowed to do so as long as there is a mention and reference to this mod by link. As a courtesy I would like to be contacted should that happen.

Note -

Since this mod can not be improved any further and because of how it is edited will not cause issues comments are disabled, as I have enough other mods to keep track of around the interwebz.

This mod was made with Creation Kit.
