Gives the Mysterious Stranger a new face and outfit closer to his Fallout 3/New Vegas counterpart.

This mod replaces the Mysterious Stranger's face and outfit with one that is a little closer to his Fallout 3/New Vegas appearance.
I wanted to make him look a little cooler and less like a disgruntled dad.
If you like the new outfit, it can be found on the overseer's nightstand in Vault 111.
There's no CBBE comparability and there probably won't ever be.
Oh and the outfit has a ballistic weave.
