This is my simple standalone, retexture of FO4 "Military Fatigues" clothing to look something like Russian Gorka-3 suit from BARS. Included variants are: Khaki, Green, Blue Camouflage, Blue. There's also Army Helmet with Visor and Improved Gas Masks. Everything can be crafted at chemical bench and can be improved at Armor Bench. You can also spawn items through ingame console. 

There was an issue that NPC were spamming with them, making NPC "naked". So i removed that and only set that most of gear spawns just with vendors instead.
Since it's a standalone mod, it's fully compatible with other mods.

Installation:

Method 1 - Use Nexus Mod Manager
Or 
Method 2 - Manually
- Place "Data" folder inside of Fallout 4 root directory. (Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4).
- Activate "FFGorka3Suit.esp" through ingame Mod Manager.
