FLAMER IMPROVEMENTS
This is my effort to make the Flamer a more awesome weapon. It is supposed to, after all, spew pure, searing death everywhere.
Changes made:
Increased overall damage by about 2/3
Doubled range
Added Sticky Flamer effect to all modifications and projectiles. Optional file does not have Sticky fire.
Made it actually do Fire Damage instead of Energy Damage. I don't know why this is even a thing.
