The famous Salvatore House from the show Vampire Diaries.
I tried my utmost to work with what I had to replicate it structurally, but I made some changes after my own imagination. Due to the lack of images I could find on google of it's interior, I just decided to do the interior completely after my own imagination, except for the foyer -- that had to be the same as seen in the show.
It has 4 bedrooms, study, writing room, library, lounge, cinema room, and even a shooting range. The basement has a pool room, wine cellar, and freezer room.
If you're having troubles with the doors (player appearing underneath the landscape) it's because of followers. For some reason, the companion pushes you into the wall. I tried putting the door marker a bit farther out, but it didn't seem to matter.
Comes with its own map marker that's visible from the get go. (South of Sanctuary Hills)
This is only a player home, and doesn't act as a settlement.
