This is a Transfer settlement for Outpost Zimonjia that adds onto the original structure and adds a couple buildings around it. It includes a small trading hub, a farm, a power room, two wings including bars, beds, shops, crafting benches and artillery.
A reasonable settlement, not a city by any means. It has all the workshops, beds water, power defence and shops you need!
only 4 mods needed like CVC, etc but the main structures of the base are mainly built from vanilla and dlc content.

Note: Before importing, make sure to scrap the small guard post and whatever clips likes trees.
