Awareness: Hit 'em where it hurts! You see more info in V.A.T.S, you deal +10% limb damage with everything and get +10% XP from kills. During V.A.F.S. enemies will be highlighted based on their hostility.
DLC04_Awareness02: You now deal +20% limb damage with everything and get +15% bonus XP from kills. You attack more efficiently. 5% increase to hit chance and damage dealt to VATS targets. VAFS is 15% slower.

This is a patch for Unbogus Fallout Overhaul and V.A.F.S. At the moment there is only one version, where the benefits of both mods are forwarded to the patch.
Overview of the changes made : (Obey this description is for v.1.0. For never versions see Changelog. Changelog entrys reflect changes made upon v1.0:)
Jet: • Move/reload 40% faster for 15 seconds.
Buffjet: • Move/reload 40% faster, +3 Strength, +3 Endurance, +65 max Health and +35 max AP for 20 seconds.
PsychoJet: • Move/reload 40% faster, +25% Damage, +35 Damage Resist and +40 Max AP for 20 seconds.
Ultra Jet • Move/reload 40% faster and +100 max AP for 20 seconds.
Perks:
Brutal Tactics (Awareness): Rank 1 - Hit 'em where it hurts! You see more info in V.A.T.S, you deal +5% limb damage with everything and get +5% XP from kills. During V.A.F.S. enemies will be highlighted based on their hostility. Rank 2 - You now deal +10% limb damage with everything and get +10% bonus XP from kills. Each hit in V.A.T.S. / V.A.F.S. has a chance of filling your Critical meter. Rank 2 - Each hit in V.A.T.S. or V.A.F.S. now has an even better chance of filling your Critical meter. (Benefits of Unbogus moved to Rank 3) Rank 3 - Your darkest hour shall be their last. Every 20% health lost grants +1 Luck. Each hit in V.A.T.S. or V.A.F.S. now has a very good chance of filling your Critical meter. Rank 4 - Your darkest hour shall be their last. Every 10% health lost grants +1 Luck. Each hit in V.A.T.S. or V.A.F.S. now has an excellent chance of filling your Critical meter. (Perk-Level is 60)
Grim Reaper's Sprint: Rank 1 - Your Action Points regenerate faster when your health gets lower. Every 10% HP lost grants 5% bonus AP regen. Any kill in V.A.T.S. or V.A.F.S. has a 15% chance to restore all Action Points. Rank 2 - Every 10% HP lost grants 10% bonus AP regen.
