Presenting an overhaul for Abernathy Farm. The overhaul presented has undergone a lot of work and thorough checking to ensure its of the best quality presented.
The mod was developed by myself (Asher Latham) and designed by Jordan Mackenzie.

Instructions;
We recommend starting a new game with this mod.
You can try using this mod with a current game, but any objects you added to Abernathy Farm in-game through the Workshop, will need to be deleted as they will conflict with the mod (just like with Sim Settlements).
If your location is Abernathy Farm when adding the mod, be aware, you should fast travel away from the area and return to allow certain changes to apply.
We don't recommend using this mod with any mods that alter the landscape and design of Abernathy Farm.

Hand-crafted Navmesh
More accurate representation of the game lore
Two player specific farming lots including the additional three NPC farming lots
Redesigned NPC loadouts and visuals
Rearranged and organised the Abernathy household
More accurate representation of the game lore;
Blake Abernathy tells the player this farm has been passed down through his Grandfather (At least!) and thus, I thought the farm was a little under-developed for two generations of ownership, not to mention the house was littered with mess, sure the game world is in a state of apocalypse, but there is no reason why someone would live in squalor when the property is family owned.
This mod is now considered complete and we will begin work on another settlement. Stay tuned!
