This is simply a bug fix for the quest not starting for the Creation Club Anti-Material Rifle by Kris Takahashi? and asXas. This mod enables the Start Game Enabled flag that starts the quest. Requires the Creation Club add-on to work.

Requires the Creation Club add-on to work. This can be changed/updated at anyone's discretion. I am not the original maker of the Creation Club pack and I want to make it very clear THIS IS NOT THE CREATION CLUB PACK, IT IS ONLY A PATCH FOR THE AFOREMENTIONED PACK. Let me know if it works for you, or if this has become irrelevant.
UPDATE: Created an optional download that straight up skips the quest up to the point where you can get the AMR and kill Connor. On launch the quest will be added to your quest log and have the stage skipped to the objective to kill Connor. Cheers!
