This Audio modification adds Tommy Wiseau's famous "I did not hit her" qoute when you hit somebody. See video for demonstration:
Manual installation: Its simple, 1. Open the .rar file, using WinRar (Free-ish at https://www.rarlab.com), or other extraction program. 2. You will now see a folder within named Data. Take this file and drag it into your Fallout 4 Folder. (Under your steam folder) 3. Turn on, tunein, drop out.
