The gloves wouldn't color for some reason, I suspect the textures for them are located elsewhere and I cannot find them.

Edit your Fallout4.ini (ex: Documents/My Games/Fallout4):
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ to sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
Extract the folder into your Fallout 4 Data folder
MANAGER:
Click "Download with NMM" and activate in the list.
