      Vanilla - 68 fps
      4K textures - 60-66 fps
      4K Normals/Specular - 52 fps O_o
      Is this normal?)
I have 4GB VRAM and it's not full.
It's also hard to test, because fps is different each time I restart the game and load save)) But textures definitely have a great impact.

      P.S. 2K textures don't change fps a bit

I just loaded up your mod and it certainly has improved the visuals in my game. I used the 2K version as I didn't want to slow down my framerate (2Gb graphic card) and I'm very happy with the changes you've made.

Thanks a lot for all your hard work

      Endorsed

This mod brings really cool textures, but it raped my poor video card. For those of you who have a potato chip like me, I recommend using Performout along with this mod.

Oh the irony. This banned account up here was a sockpuppet account by Painstaking Rick, the 'author' of Performout. How subtle, shamelessly self-advertising. He got banned not just for having a bunch of accounts like this and using some to harass users critical of his mods, but also for stealing and reuploading someone else's mod, FYI.

Of course it conflicts, but conflict resolution is a matter of load order. Last loaded gets priority (loose files are less optimized and always take priority over packed ba2 files though). I use SavrenX's mods as a foundation as they are optimized upgrades true to vanilla that covers everything, then use mods such as this, Langley and Natural Landscape loaded after for some extra nice visuals.

There is no .esp file with the loose textures. How do the loose texture files work without an .esp?

Are there any pre-generated terrain textures in this mod? I'm having issues when I generate my own around the castle and airport areas

then you didn't install it correctly, or something is overwriting this mod.

I have a similar issue, also on Vortex. I have Luxor as a base, but Vortex doesn't alert about any conflicts or allow this to overwrite Luxor's textures. I am realizing that the pre- and post-war Vault 111 textures are distinct, though, and this obviously touches the latter and not the former as far as vault signage goes. But I'm only seeing Luxor's textures, and this isn't overwriting any of those I sought to replace, unfortunately.

If you click "preview file contents" the BA2 for 4k is 3GBs. I guess it's either incredibly compressed, or Nexus bugged out when displaying the download size. Either way it should be working fine.

Im having a problem where it keeps getting disabled in the load order everytime i launch the game. Vortex says its enabled, i even tried reinstalling it. But i keep having to go to the mods tab and load order in the game main menu and enable it. I've tried putting at both the top, and bottom of the load order.

Does the mod cover all textures in the game?If not, which texture packs go well with the mod?I've downloaded other texture mods in the hope that all textures will be better. But I'm not sure if that works.

So my loading order looks like this.

    1. High Resolution Pak 2K
    2. luxor8071's HD Texture Pack AIO 1-5
    3. FlaconOil - BA2 2K - Part 1-3
    4. SavrenX

Can you leave it like that, or is it not good at all what I thought?

I think Luxor8071's texture pack is gonna cover everything at a much higher cost to fps. There is a 2k version for it but that one alone should be fine. There are some other mods that focus solely on one item ie cars/vehicles textures.
