Non-percentage Stimpaks

Changelogs
Changes Stimpaks from pecentage based to numerical based.
On hardcore playthroughs makes the game abit harder as the perk bonuses don't take it to 100% hp.

V1.5: So that you can ressurect your companions I reverted the stimpak effect back to the original version so that the game will heal companions correctly.
Added a condition that when the first medic perk is taken the percentage based healing is removed, at the moment the percentage healing is 1% over 1 second.
Oddly with the 1st medic perk that 1% goes to 11% and with the 4th perk it goes to -28%, which is why I had to add the condition.


Also versions for VIS and Mojave Imports and both.

V2.2 changes:
Added glowing bloodpack and Curies Healthpak.


V2.1 changes:
Unified the healing effect across stimpaks.
V2.0 changes:
Changed Medic perks so the stimpak remain useful at endgame.
V1.5 changes:
Changed how the stimpak heal was done.
Fixed not been able to heal companions.

Todo:
Make 1.5 stimpaks compatible with MojaveImport medic perks.
