About this mod

Experienced Mod Users ONLY! This blueprint REQUIRES 38 mods and another 8 that the build will support. This build is to show off the mods I like to use when building and will be used in all of my builds. The 8 mods it will support are cool mods that I use but are not needed.

IF YOU DONT READ THIS I WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS!


A real clean and proper operational base for a rogue or the leader of the minutemen.  It has 20 artillery pieces for max firepower and built in landing pad for the VTO or vertibirds  to land at.  It has a outer wall, 5 corner towers, and 2 main gates with draw bridges.  All floors and stairs are redone and the 3 inner rooms are all redone as well.  It has a 2 story building  where the artillery goes, 4 artillery pieces on the top floor and the lower floor is for living space or storage.  It has a 2 story greenhouse on top of a 3 story living space. Building spaces are all ready for you to build your own way.  There is a control tower on top of the machinery building and across the way is a jail.  There are docks for boats, a docking spot for the Dauntless and a parking lot for semi's.  Cleaned up outer area and fixed small building outside of castle as well as streetlights.  This is a structural build only, it is ready for you to make it your own. I have moved the radio tower to one of the wall towers which is ready for you to layout.  There is a living space in the towers for some beds.  There is a small building and stage in the inner courtyard that I use for a singing settler.  There is no main water supply, food, defense, beds or shops setup, so you will have to set all that up the way you want.  The power is currently over 1000 for PWR (Passive Water Resources), for any power needs like stored water surplus or defenses, etc. The lighting included is minimal, so you will have to add more as you like.

WHEN SCRAPPING GET RID OF ALL BUT BASE STRUCTURE AND RADIO CONSOLE / REMOVE ALL OUTER TREES AND TRAILERS AND CARS, STREETLIGHTS ,AS WELL ALL ROOF OUTER WALL AND DOORS OF SMALL BUILDING OUT SIDE THE CASTLE AND TRASH INSIDE AND OUT ALL THE WAY TO THE FAR BUILDINGS BOTH SIDES OF THE POND 
DO NOTHING TO ARMORY DOOR OR IN SIDE OF IT OR YOU WILL BRAKE THE OLD GUNS QUEST  
IF YOU DONT KNOW THE QUEST LINE OF OLD GUNS DONT IMPORT THIS MOD UNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED IT!
IF YOU KNOW WHERE SHE GOES AROUND THE COMPOUND DURING THE QUEST YOU CAN USE PLACE EVERYWHERE MOD TO MOVE HER TO RIGHT SPOT TO CONTINUE THE QUEST LINE FOR OLD GUNS

 after you import and when your ready for radio freedom use place everywhere to move the radio console to the outer wall tower with the antenna on top of it

IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THE DAUNTLESS MOD  you must go and get it then move it to the castle before you take over ownership and scrap anything or it will not work right!
