Installation:

Install normally through the Nexus Mod Manager

Manual: You need to extract and move the file into your Fallout 4 Data folder and enable it from the in-game mod load order in the main menu.

Overview:

Removes or reduces the accuracy penalty when firing from the hip without altering recoil. Bullets will fire closer to the center of your screen, but the center of your screen will still move and shake as you fire. If you're still not sure what it does, just give it a shot as it's extremely light weight.

Added files to reduce the hip fire penalty rather than removing it entirely. Use only one main file. I recommend the TighterHipFire version as it still has the random element in it while still keeping hip fire fairly accurate.

Added optional files for the DLC weapons. Use one main file and one optional file only, you can mix and match between the two however. For example, AccurateHipFire with TightHipFireDLC will work just fine. You can also use either the main or optional file, they work independently.

The changes I made:

This is my first mod on any game so it's definitely amatuer, I used FO4Edit and copied the aim model from the base game, then changed all the values for "Cone of Fire - Min Angle" and "Cone of Fire - Max Angle" to 0 on all weapons. If you wanna modify it further, it's pretty easy: just download FO4Edit, load up my plugin, and edit those values.

For TightHipFire I halved both the above stated values, for TighterHipFire I quartered them.

Bugs:

This mod has had minimal testing, I haven't noticed any problems while testing it and will continue playing with it, but it might break some weapons, make enemies insanely accurate, change creature attacks, or even break up your marriage. If you see anything funky please let me know and I'll try to fix it.

As for the DLC version, I still haven't gotten all the weapons so you may face some problems there, please report any problems in the comments.

Conclusion:

That's about it, if a lot of people like this mod I might add some extra files to make sniper rifles useless without scoping or to make assault rifles benefit less from this mod. Thanks
