I don't recognize that hairstyle. I have LooksMenu, plus a few hairstyle mods, but I can't find any hairstyle that is even remotely similar to that one. Are you sure that the list of requirements is complete?
I apologize, I have more than 84 mods installed, but I did not install any fashion on hairstyles, for a reason-a lot of mistakes (or do not like them). The game I have installed a very long time (version of the game 1.10.64.0), I thought this is the basic hairstyle in the game. I started looking for and turning off the fashion one at a time to determine where it is from, but it does not disappear from the list, I can not understand (and find) with which mod it appeared on the list to add it to the requirements for fashion. If anyone suggested how to determine where else to look for it, I would correct my error in the description

So I was looking at character presets and came across this one again. I know where that hairstyle is from now: Nuka World. It's the hairstyle of Mags Black and the english name is Poodleskirt iirc.
