Armorer, Gun Nut, Science, Demolition Expert, and Blacksmith are all very useful perks in their own way. 

Armorer is almost a must have for virtually every build.  After all, you want your ultra light for AP for melee builds, deep pockets for carry weight, and every so often lead lined for that added rad resist. 

Gun Nut is a must have for every non melee build.  Better receivers, stocks, mags, muzzles, etc.  The same goes for Science.  After all, what fun is a laser unless it's got an overcharged capacitor and improved barrel?

For those explosive builds, you want Demolition Expert, and for those crazy knife fighters out there, you have Blacksmith.

Now all those perks are great.  But they only lead to upgrades in their specific build trees (except for Demolition Expert, that one makes more, bigger, and better booms).  The only really universal perk is Armorer.  However outside of following their respective builds, there's not much incentive to grab the other perks.  What use does a long range sneak sniper have for Blacksmith?  What use does a ninja/brawler/juggernaut knife fighter have for Gun Nut?  What use does a crazed lazor addict have for Demolition Expert? 

The answer is that for the most part, none.  Or is it?

Introducing my personalized Enhanced Perks!  Every one of those build tree perks now has an added bonus of some kind that will be useful for almost ANY build.  Now I will admit that all of them are defensive/utility based, but honestly there're so many ways to get so much outgoing damage in the game, there isn't really much of a need to add more.  But on to the bonuses!

Armorer: Already an incredibly useful perk, each level of this perk now reduces your equipped armor weight by 12.5% culminating in a ~50% reduction at rank 4! (it's ~ because due to number limitations, it actually ends up being more like 51-53% weight reduction).

Gun Nut: Even a runnin gunnin madman needs protection!  Every rank of Gun Nut adds a scaling bonus to your damage resistance, resulting in a total of +50 damage resist at rank 4!

Science: Use lazor, get hit by lazor.  But now your lazor will almost always hurt more! Ever rank of Science now will add a scaling bonus to your energy resistance, finishing at +50 added energy resist at rank 4!

Demolition Expert: Because explosions.  But in all seriousness, even though added boom damage is always great, what happens if you accidentally set off a boom at your own feet?  Or someone else unkindly shares their booms with you?  Never fun.  So now, each rank of Demolition Expert will reduce incoming explosion damage by 5%, and at rank 4 will reduce incoming explosion damage by ~20% (again, numbers).

Blacksmith: Two of the most annoying things about the wasteland are the radiation and the bugs.  Well now you can have added protection against both!  Each rank of blacksmith adds a small bonus to your poison and radiation resistance, starting out at a humble 15, and finishing at a total of 50!

WARNING: This mod will likely conflict with any other mod that alters/changes/adds to the listed perks. 
If you find out something isn't working here, check your Perks mods and see if any of them have any of the above 5 perks listed as being changed.
