No thought or reason, just a long tube separated by occasional master-locked doors with so many enemies that the AI can't handle them. Some enemies will stand around doing nothing, some will clip through walls as too many try to move at once. Shots will pass through solid walls, enemies will become invulnerable to any damage, etc, because there are too many entities for the engine to handle. There is a reason even in the "big" battles in the vanilla game they only spawn so many troops at any one time. Lore-wise, enemies from multiple factions are all locked in a long tube for no reason and all cooperating together. How did they get there? Reasons. Why don't they starve to death if you wait two weeks with them all locked inside? Reasons. Pitiful space-invaders level pretending to be a Fallout location.
This is actually pretty cool. The video has a big Doom 2 feel that I enjoyed. I'm not sure I can stand the vertigo from running through endless pipes, but nice work. :)
