And again the Sanctuary Hills!
This blueprint is quite heavy. There are 6,562 items in it and it requires a lot of mods to look like the screenshots and video.

I worked on it a little less than half a year, so the forces and time in it are invested enough.
All houses are fully decorated and ready for life. Water, food, beds for a population of about 50 people. Job places, main stores, hairdresser and surgical chairs.
Keep in mind that I completely disabled grass in the game because I hate the fact that it climbs through the floors. (If you want to do so - go to the Fallout4.ini and set bDrawShaderGrass= to 0 it should remove grass completely). All the grass that is in the settlement is placed manually, like trees, and vines (I use Delightful Ivy for vines in red-brown color). And I have a custom retexture for the land.
In the player's house on the second floor, there is a guest bedroom (fully furnished) and a huge study, which is only half furnished, because I still can not find the time and lack of imagination to get it all done. So it will remain on my conscience and give you some space for your imagination.
You can leave everything as is or at any time remove what you do not like and remake in your own way.
Also, I use Clean and Simple - Settlement Startup for all my settlements. Without it, the landscape can be the little bit different and some stuff more grounded than in the shots. And the roads were not so clean and perfect of course)
