Adds a new room to the main cell of the Institute (Institute Concourse) which you can use for whatever storage needs you please.

UPDATE: April 23rd, 2018: As of today's update, there is a fully functioning workshop workbench in the area. Please read the description under the heading "Workshop" for more details.


General:
Just a small new cell off of Institute Concourse, the main area of the facility. On the ground floor, lobby-ish area, there are four small bays, and of course paths up to the different divisions. In the medical bay, there is a tiny storage closet unlocked by a terminal. This changes that door to teleport you into a larger, empty room in which you can do what you please. Personally, I used it for storing my power armor collection. But no Institute personnel should enter the place (Assuming they still stick around to charge rent in your game.) So no worries about having your stuff stolen. Just make sure to remove any valuables before deleting the mod! Speaking of which...

Uninstallation Instructions:
Fairly straight-forward. Remove all important items from the room. If you don't, they will be lost upon uninstalling. Exit the room, save your game, and delete the mod. Reload your game, and enjoy.

Compatibility:

This should be compatible with everything else. I suppose if there's a mod that edits the cell "InstituteConcourse" (the main area of the Institute) there COULD be issues, but I sincerely doubt that would matter. All I did to that cell was remove a normal sliding door, and replace it with a load door.

Console:
I have not ported this to console yet. If people like it, and it gains some traction, I will. If anyone wants to before I get around to it, feel free, just let me know you did. There are NO external assets used, so it will work on PS4.

Workshop:

Edit: As of 4/23/18, there IS a fully functional workshop in the cell. It links to other workbenches just fine, and you might actually be able to send settlers here, if you use EternalLegend's mod to allow companions into the Institute. (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12683/) Not required, though. If someone wants to test this for me, please do! I'd also like to recommend using doobot's "AS Craftable Institute Stations". It is not required, but those workstations will obviously be a better fit for this cell than the normal ones. Find it here. (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9715/)

Here's where things get a little embarrassing for me. Currently, there is no workshop in the room. It's just a big empty space. "Well Banksy, why not? That seems awfully pointless. How am I supposed to store things in your storage locker if I can't place any containers down?" Yeah, I know. However I will have a functioning workshop added within the next couple of days, I promise. The only reason I'm releasing it early is because a buddy of mine wants to download it, and he is comfortable using console commands to activate a workshop.

To use console commands to do this: Place a workshop with "Player.placeatme c1aeb". Fix the angle so it isn't glitched into the ground by clicking on it to pull up it's ref id, and then use "setangle x 0". It will be un-usable; It will claim you need to clear the enemies from the location first. Even though there are no enemies. Enter god-mode with "tgm" and hold the workshop button. Guarantee it will work. Fun fact, this works anywhere. Forget workshop anywhere mods; This works just as well. But I won't make you go through such a complicated process for long. Give me a day or two and I'll include a workshop in the next update.

I have to mention, that means you'll be able to enter workshop mode to place items. That does not mean you will be able to spawn settlers, and assign them to things. No supply lines either. Sorry guys. Consider it like an upgraded home plate. However if someone wants to make a patch for that, feel free. Just let me know. If you guys want, I can expand this to other areas of the institute, and place functional workbenches in the main lobby, and the four divisions. That way, you can edit those too. I've been using console commands to do exactly that; The Institute is my new player home. No regrets.

I think that's all! I really hope someone gets some use out of this besides me. I know it's not revolutionary, it isn't winning any mod-of-the-year awards, but I'd be happy if it makes even one person's life a little better. So let me know what you guys think!
