Changes the standard level up sound to the first 8 seconds of and instrumental version of "Ballad of Serenity".
Example:
For an example see the video in the video section.
To Test:
Access the console with "`" key, then type "player.setlevel [+1 Level]". Example, if you are currently level 10, you would type into the console player.setlevel 11.
Installation and Such:
Use mod manager to install or drop the contents of the 7Zip file into you data folder.
