It makes the borders invisible and removes their animation so that they don’t display in-game.
They are still there.
They are just invisible.
No more green/red border (that serves no purpose) to interfere with your plans.

The only problem is that the workshop border is still visible.
The other mod either ignores or moves the border up in the sky!
