If you have created a mod that uses one of mine as a master file, you are free to opt it in to the DP system. You do not need my permission as long as you are not re-packaging any of my mods or assets.

If you have contacted me and I have given permission to use all or part of my mods, you can opt it in to the DP system as long as my original mod is exclusively my own work.

If my original mod makes use of someone else's work, you will need to seek permission from them as well.
