About this mod
A small fix for FROST that disables the no settlements requirements for the Lone Wanderer perks to deal with automatically added settlements.

FROST Lone Wanderer perks work only if you don't have settlements but Fallout 4 has the bad habit of adding certain settlements as soon as you enter them. Moreover, some parts of the map, e.g. Sanctuary, won't be accessible to you if you want to use Lone Wanderer.
I like Lone Wanderer and dislike settlements in FROST and I've decided to make this mod to deal with the issue once and for all.
Note that this mod effectively disables the limitations of the perks which means that you can have Lone Wanderer AND full developed settlements at the same time. While this is possible, I strongly suggest to not have both as they will make FROST much easier. My current strategy is to simply ignore settlements that are automatically obtained, e.g. Sanctuary.
Install
Just copy the esp file into your Fallout 4 data folder, select it in your mod loader and move it after FROST. It is important that the esp is after FROST because it will override the FROST perks.
