this is a fully fleshed out player home with interior and exterior fully functional settlements. no corners where cut and everything was done correctly. you can scrap almost everything inside and out to customize it completely and i have added moveable silent power sources inside. there is a short quest to obtain the key. you need to find sarah dempsey in sanctuary near the bridge and once you find her she will start the quest. also prepare for a hard fight, i didn't want to just give it away!
