DESCRIPTION
Do you boring about when you level 50 walking on Sanctuary and your enemies level 5?
Do you boring about when you play WOTC ,you are level 5 and your enemies level 30?
THIS mod changed most enemies max level and NOT changed enemies min level .
IF you feel origin game is too EZ or the moded game ( just like WOTC) is too hard
use this .
PS : put this plugin under WOTC or some mods change the level of enemies .
