A gameplay rebalance that adds more RP and fun effects onto gameplay. A reimagining of my previous mod (Perk Rebalance), built from ground up. Requires Far Harbor and Nuka World, and most likely not to be compatible with mods that affects existing perks.

Gameplay changes are, but not limited to:
- Traits are added into the game, access them from the game terminal on Vault 111.
- A low level game mode option has been added into the game (access option from game terminal on Vault 111). It is possible to complete the game as low as Level 1.
- Weapon damage is now affected by your SPECIAL stat, and there is a perk tree (Weapon SPECIAList) that further boost this effect.
- Some perk effects (e.g. Lone Wanderer) now are dependent on your SPECIAL points.
- Some perks could be obtained early if you have sufficiently high SPECIAL points. (e.g. you can unlock Science 2 as soon as Level 1 if you have sufficiently high Intelligence). Tricks to increase SPECIAL points, such as drinking alcohol then taking the SPECIAL book before taking the bobblehead, may be required to reach such thresholds.
- Some OP perks have been re-balanced (e.g. Intense Training that increase your SPECIAL point by 1 has been limited for players below or equal to Level 30)
- Some perks have been re-adjusted (e.g. damage increasing perks now stacks exponentially instead of linearly)
- Some perks have been re-tooled. (e.g. Sneak now only handles sneaking capabilities, while stealth abilities like Silent Running, Light Step, and Invisibility has been put into Ninja perk tree instead)
- Some perks has been specialized. (e.g. Heavy Gunner, Gunslinger, Commando, and Rifleman has unique specialty effects, aside from increasing damage)
- Some companion perks has been buffed. (e.g. the affection perk for a researcher at Vault 81 now gives invincibility instead of healing 100 HP)
- Chems has been retooled (e.g. flavor Mentats now provide a buff to certain SPECIAL stat to the detriment of some others, Overdrive now gives 100% chance to crit while reducing damage, etc.)
- Crafting and settlement building requirements has been retooled (e.g. you can now make weapon stores if you have Gun Nut, Armor Station if you have Armorer, etc.)
