Ever wanted to make something but then you realize you don't have enough materials then get this. I'm not totally sure if it will work with the mod manger but this is how to install. you want to put the text file into the root folder of fallout 4 but if you don't know how to do that then read the rest.
First you will want to unzip the zipped folder then you will want to right click fallout 4 on your steam library so a tab will show, the click on properties followed a window will show you will want to navigate to local files then click browse local files. Then with the text file named Materials drag that into the root folder of fallout 4 aka the folder we just opened then once your in-game press ` to open console then type bat Materials
