About this mod

It's a combat RIFLE. Yet it fires a PISTOL round. Anyone else see the problem? This mod rechambers the combat rifle to the more fitting 5.56 ammo, and makes a few other small changes.

It's a combat RIFLE. Yet it fires a PISTOL round. Anyone else see the problem? This mod rechambers the combat rifle to the more fitting 5.56 ammo, and makes a few other small changes.

Changes this mod makes:
- Rechambers the combat rifle to take 5.56 ammo, not .45 ammo. So it's more like a rifle, and less like a submachine gun.
- Minorly buffs the damage of the combat rifle from 33 to 35, to reflect it using a more powerful round.
- Adds a new leveled list that the rechambered combat rifle uses. This is so that NPC's that spawn with the rechambered combat rifle will also have, and drop, the proper ammo. That is, 5.56 ammo. Not .45 ammo.

Possible Conflicts:
- This mod may conflict with other mods that change the base game combat rifle.
