Enable the mod. Sleep in an owned bed. Save. Disable the mod. Save again. Be grateful.

This mod gives you proper access to all settlements that can only be unlocked by a radiant minutemen quest or killing the existing population.
Screw the grind for settlements.
Uses the proper scripts to do so, console unlock of workbenches is NOT the same!
Enable the mod.
Sleep in an owned bed.
Save.
Disable the mod.
Save again.
Be grateful.

County Crossing
Greentop Nursery
Oberland Station
Nordhagen Beach
Sommerville Place
The Slog
Warwick Homestead
Side Note to mod authors:
The well rested script is a good place to use one time utilities that can and should be removed after use.
