This simple mod is made for myself because I disliked ridiculous scaling on Combat Armor when wearing normal clothes like Fatigues.
What this mod does is remove scaling for all rarmor pieces, so that any type of clothing will be worn underneath it without feeling that you look like a light bulb.
*BEWARE* this is not a be all do all solution and clipping CAN be present but can also be negated with some addons like pouches, scarfs,
