This mod adds a raider armor based around broken and modified synth armor.
It has decent stats, and allows for additional armor to be worn over the arms.
It is acquired via a note quest/boss fight with a rogue courser.
The note to start this quest can be found in either Railroad HQ or the SRB if you're either a fascist or hippie respectively.
