A base/home/city settlement at Sunshine Tidings co-op with bars, beds, and a Nuka game area. Come on in!

Sunshine Tidings co-op Transfer Settlement.
This is my Home base for one of my Characters, Jack. The main building has many weapon racks to show off your collection. A penthouse room for you character with a small bed for Shaun. Opposite to the main building is a sort of living building with TVs and a Nuka World themed rooftop.There is plenty of beds for settlers. There is also a Industrial power building near the lake with the second floor being an office building. The settlement has 33 beds, 141 water, 30 food, 225 power, workstations and 80 defence. With 23 settlers I had 85 Happiness. In toal there is 2001 items added to the settlement!
