This is a mod that adds a workshop to Concord that covers THE ENTIRE CITY PLUS SOME SOUTH SO YOU CAN FARM. This settlement currently can not have settlers due to a cell loading issue but it can have everything else. (Robot home defense works great with it)

This mod is temporarily abandoned due to an issue with the cells messing up the settlers of the settlement. If anyone could help me with the mod then please do and this mod will be back up. But with the cells I can't have it in the entire city which destroys the point of the mod in my opinion. If you don't have Spring Cleaning, Scrap Everything, etc then I would recommend also downloading the Clean Concord mod I made which removes all of the trash. Please report any bugs when you find them... I am trying to make this a full fledged mod but it's the first one I've ever made so it's kind of hard to do.
