Ghoul eyes: This changes the Steel and Blue Hazy eyes to be two different ghoul eyes as seen in the screenshots.
Play as a ghoul: This changes all human textures in the game with the ghoul ones.
Play as ghoul - players only: This is the closest i can get currently to having it for just the players (male and female). but because the other humans use the same base files it means they will also have ghoul bodies but not ghoul faces.
Install
1. Navigate to your: documents\My Games\Fallout4
2. Open FallOut4.ini
3. Find the line: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
4. Change it to: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
5. Pick one of the files and drag the folder contents into the data folder on your PC: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\data
