So, let me start by saying that this mod for the most part is complete. I may be revising it at a later point but for right now it is finished. That said, let's get on with why I decided to do this.

While playing fallout I kept wondering why the populated areas were so run down and trash filled. I mean, in reality people would not want to live in filth. So I decided to start a clean up project. Starting with Good Neighbor. Why? Well, simply put, it is a great place to start. There are multiple locations within this one setting and I felt that I could gain a lot of experience along the way. Much of this was done through trial and error. I wanted to clean up Goodneighbor while also keeping the feel of the wasteland. So I removed the trash and fixed damaged walls and floors. In some cases I replaced items like toilets.

I think after you see this mod you will like what I have done. I know there are other mods that change this location. Mine does edit the entire location both interior and exterior. Now as far as the exterior is concerned, I did not repair most of the buildings. Those were left alone for the time being. I may come back to them at a later point but for now I just wanted to edit the areas that can be accessed by the player through normal game play. This does not make Goodneighbor anything more than it is in the vanilla game. It just makes it a more realistic livable location. I have no intention of turning this into a player settlement or even adding things that don't make sense for this location. Any future updates will be ones that make sense and preserve the nature of this location.

I hope you all enjoy this mod and if you do please like/endorse. Also if you do happen to find anything I missed don't hesitate to let me know. I will do my best to keep in touch with you. Thank you for stopping by and checking this out.
