The Emergency Alert System (EAS) Was made under the name of the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) in 1963 to warn Americans of any national emergency or crisis. I knew about the Civil alert radio, but I never liked that you could only hear it near Fort Hagen and that you need to activate a radio tower to hear it, so I made a mod with a custom EAS Alert to play over the Commonwealth.
