This mod Clears 3 Houses that are mostly unused for use with mods that may require more space like "Sim Settlements".
This mod should be compatible with most mods that dont alter the world inside sanctuary Note: Mods like "i've got wood" (A sanctuary texture replacer for the homes of sanctuary) do seamlessly with this mod.
Known issues:
Codsworth will search the first wrecked house but refuses to search the second.
