In the root cellar in Sanctuary you will find a letter left behind by someone long since gone who once lived in the area surrounding New Vegas. This person had found the bottle cap press in the Sarsaparilla Bottling Plant prior to it's destruction by the Crimson Caravan Co. He was able to figure out a way to make perfect copies after the destruction of the press.
This stranger heard of a missing brother that might still be living in the town of Concord. The start of his journey to find his brother began, sadly, ending in Sanctuary.
Read this letter to find out the skills you need, a list of items required and the procedure for making your self rich.
Note: In the game, there is a rarity of Red paint, it will be difficult to find at first, but once you are level 10, you will be able to find some in some Prewar crates.
This mod may not be compatible with mods that change the root cellar. If you have such a mod, load this one last and let me know of any conflicts, I may be able to get a workaround for you.
