- fixed a patrol link that wasn't working correctly - added collision to a rail mesh on the covered mid-deck of the Diamond City sleeping area - added collision for part of the upper deck walkway on south side to prevent NPCs or the player from falling through the floor - adjusted some patrol timings, routes, and stop points - reduced the size of a few turret platforms to allow them to target close in enemies more easily - widened all metal catwalk pathways by moving the railings further to the outer edges to reduce NPC and player congestion - navmesh and idle markers have been adjusted as needed for all of these altered catwalks to allow a wider path for NPC navigation - added some new idle markers, repositioned a few also as was needed due to other changes - raised a fire barrel that was placed too low on a metal walkway leading to it showing from below when it shouldn't have - removed key requirements from the outer gates, the upper deck doors to the interior of DC are still locked to force initially entering the city normally - DC Guards can have baseball caps now for helmets, these are more protective than the default hats - DC Guards backup weapon selection is somewhat more broad now, better randomization as well
